How to make Ice Cream Clowns

Place the cream in a piping bag and pipe circles of cream onto a serving plate.
- Place a scoop of ice cream in each cone and place upside down on the cream. Make \'faces\' with chocolate beans.
- Decorate the cones with the sweets and swirls of piping icing.
