Pimm’s Sorbet Ingredients

200 grams Golden Caster Sugar (Billington's) Golden Caster Sugar (Billington's)
600 ml freshly squeezed Orange Juice
4 Mint Sprigs
¼ Cucumber, diced
150 ml Pimm’s

How to make Pimm’s Sorbet

  1. Put the sugar and orange juice into a large saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Take off the heat and add the mint sprigs and diced cucumber, cover and leave for about 20 minutes.
  3. Strain into a large bowl, removing the cucumber and mint. Add the Pimm’s and stir to combine.
  4. Chill in the fridge for about 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Churn in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s instrucitons OR place in the freezer, stirring every hour until frozen. This should take about 6 hours.

"OMG This sorbet is the best one i have ever made,With the slight hint of the cuecumber and mint in it and then POW the pimms arrives and it is like heaven in your mouth. If you like pimms as a drink you will love this sorbet...Oh yes it is also very easy to make just do not forget to keep stirring it during freezing.Highly recommended."
