85 ml Apple Juice (concentrate)
125 ml Certo Apple Pectin

How to make Low Calorie Sugar Free Plum Jam

  1. Use only good quality plums, wash well.
  2. Stone fruit and chop finely.
  3. Place chopped fruit and apple juice in a pan and bring to the boil. Simmer for 10 minutes
  4. Return to a full rolling boil and boil hard for 10 minutes
  5. Add Certo, pot and cover immediately. Only use sterilised pots and lids.
  6. Store in a refrigerator and once opened consume within 2 weeks.
  7. N.B. Mould may grow if product is made or stored incorrectly – discard if this occurs
