Mixed Fruit Jam Ingredients

450 grams peaches dried
600 ml Warm Water
450 grams Pears
1.35 kg Apple(s)
150 ml Warm Water
3.38 kg Granulated Sugar (Silver Spoon Homegrown) Granulated Sugar (Silver Spoon Homegrown)
250 ml Certo Apple Pectin

How to make Mixed Fruit Jam

  1. Soak the dried peaches in 600ml of water for at least 4 hours
  2. Peela nd core apples and pears and cut into slices. Put in a pan with the peaches and 150ml water method tip
  3. Cover and simmer gently until tender (approximately 15 minutes)
  4. Add sugar, stir until dissolved
  5. Bring to a full rolling boil and boil hard for 2 minutes
  6. Remove from the heat and stir in the Certo
  7. Skim if necessary. Pot and cover in the usual way method tip
