Nectarine Jam Ingredients

1.80 kg Nectarine
300 ml Water
2.48 kg Granulated Sugar (Silver Spoon Homegrown) Granulated Sugar (Silver Spoon Homegrown)
250 ml Certo Apple Pectin

How to make Nectarine Jam

  1. Use only fully ripe fruit. Peel, pit and chop nectarines very finely
  2. Measure the sugar and fruit into a large preserving pan. MIx well, adding water and juice of lemon. method tip
  3. Bring to a full rolling boil
  4. Stir constantly before and while boiling
  5. Boiling hard for 1 minute. Remove from the heat method tip
  6. Stir in the Certo. Skim and allow 5 minutes to cool. Pot and cover in the usual way.
