How to make Ice Cream Sandwiches

- Cut the ice cream into slices approximately 1”/2½cm thick
- Place a sandwich wafer either side of the ice cream slice.
- Pour the sprinkles into a shallow bowl.
- Coat the 4 sides of the ice cream sandwich by dipping it into the sprinkles
