Chocolate Dipped Apples

How to make Chocolate Dipped Apples

- Prepare the apples by inserting lolly sticks into the apple. Dispense your selection of cake decoratiosn into small plates or bowls.

Break the chocolate into pieces and place into a dry heat-proof bowl. Place the bowl over a saucepan of hot water (NOT BOILING) Stir until melted and smooth. Avoid over heating and allowing water into the mixture. Once melted remove from the heat.
- Dip the apples into the melted chcoclate, turning to completely coat the apples. Now dip the apple into your favourite cake decorations to create pretty designs.
