Chocolate Fridge Cake

This Chocolate Fridge cake is so quick and easy to make and is the perfect accompaniment to a cup of tea. If you want to make this recipe your own why not add 100g of raisons or chopped cherries?

How to make Chocolate Fridge Cake

- Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of boiling water.
- Put the biscuits in a plastic bag, tie and then crush with a rolling pin.
- Mix the crushed biscuits with the melted chocolate and butter, then pour into a cake tin and put in the fridge for 1 hour to set.

"I find that adding a nob or 2 of butter while melting helps out grand, and also putting in 1/10th sugar, also if planning on eating fresh, add some chopped up banana's, add's a great soft texture to little pockets of chocolate"
