Chocolate Truffles Ingredients

250 grams Double Cream
400 grams Chocolate milk plain or a blend to suit
12 grams Butter

How to make Chocolate Truffles

  1. In a heatproof bowl melt the chocolate and butter over a saucepan of boiling water (make sure the bowl isn't touching the water)
  2. Once the chocolate and the butter have melted, mix in the cream, until a smooth mixture forms. Cool the mixture for a bout 10 minutes
  3. Take a couple of spoonfuls of the mixture, and then roll them into balls.
  4. Place each of the balls on a greased tray and thn dust the cocoa powder over them
  5. Place the truffles in the fridge for about 1-2 hours (or until they set).
