Chocolate Truffles Ingredients
| 250 grams | Double Cream | |
| 400 grams | Chocolate milk plain or a blend to suit | |
| 12 grams | Butter |
Additional Ingredients
| 50 grams | Cocoa Powder |

How to make Chocolate Truffles

- In a heatproof bowl melt the chocolate and butter over a saucepan of boiling water (make sure the bowl isn't touching the water)
- Once the chocolate and the butter have melted, mix in the cream, until a smooth mixture forms. Cool the mixture for a bout 10 minutes
- Take a couple of spoonfuls of the mixture, and then roll them into balls.
- Place each of the balls on a greased tray and thn dust the cocoa powder over them
- Place the truffles in the fridge for about 1-2 hours (or until they set).
