Muesli Muffins Ingredients
| 75 grams | Wholemeal Plain Flour (Allinson) | ![]() |
| 75 grams | Muesli | |
| 1.50 tsp | Baking Powder | |
| 1 | Medium Egg | |
| 150 ml | JUST MILK | ![]() |
| 2 tbsp | Clear Honey |

How to make Muesli Muffins

- Pre-heat the oven to 190 C/Gas Mark 5. Half fill an oven proof container - a small cake tin is ideal - with water. Line the muffin tin with muffin papers, or grease and flour each hole individually.
- Mix together the flour, muesli and baking powder in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl mix together the egg, milk and honey. Add this to the dry ingredients and fold gently until just blended together.
- Spoon into the muffin papers, about two-thirds full. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until golden in colour.
- Cool on a wire rack. Enjoy slightly warm and fresh that day or leave until completely cool. The muffins will keep a couple of days in an air tight container....if you can resist them!
