Waffles with Icing Sugar

These Waffles look totally delicious and taste especially good with a dusting of icing sugar.

75 grams	Plain White Flour (Allinson Nature Friendly)
2 tsp	Baking Powder
50 grams	Golden Caster Sugar (Billington's)
1 tsp	Ground Cinnamon
2	Free Range Eggs (Happy Eggs) seperated
300 ml	JUST MILK
25 grams	Butter melted
	Icing Sugar (Silver Spoon Homegrown)

Grease a waffle iron and heat it according to the manufacturer\'s instructions.
Sift the flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl and stir in the sugar and cinnamon. Make a well in the centre.
Gradually stir in the egg yolks with the milk, a little at a time, until the mixture is smooth. Stir in the melted butter.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter until incorporated.
Pour some batter onto the waffle iron and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Sift a little icing sugar over the waffles to serve.
