| 50 grams | Light Muscovado Sugar (Billington's) | ![]() |
| 0.50 tsp | Salt | |
| 1 | Garlic clove, grated | |
| 1.50 | Ginger thumb size piece, peeled and grated | |
| 1 tsp | paprika | |
| 1 | Red Birds Eye Chilli finely chopped (remove seeds if you don't like it too hot) | |
| 1 | Lime freshly squeezed |
