"What gelatine, I was really looking forward to trying this recipe, had all the ingredients then read the instructions. It says prepare the gelatine but doesnt tell you how much do I assume its just one sachet?"

"The recipe is fine as long as you realise that in the 'additional ingredients' the sugar for the butter cream should read 'icing sugar' not castor sugar. Quite important really as castor sugar is too crunchy!"
