Pear and Cheese Calzone Ingredients
| 400 grams | Strong White Bread Flour (Allinson) | ![]() |
| 100 grams | Butter Melted | |
| 1 tsp | Sea Salt | |
| 2 | Happy Eggs | ![]() |
| 25 grams | Sugar | |
| 225 ml | JUST MILK lukewarm | ![]() |
| 2 | Pears Peeled And Cut Into Small Cubes | |
| 150 grams | Stilton Cheese (cut Into small cubes) | |
| 1 sachet | Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson) | ![]() |

How to make Pear and Cheese Calzone

- Place all the ingredients into a mixer with a dough hook attached.
- Mix to soft dough and knead for 5 minutes.
- If mixing by hand, put the dry ingredients into a bowl and sprinkle on the yeast. Mix to a soft dough, turn onto a floured board and knead for 10 minutes.
- Roll the dough out to a large circle.
- Place the cheese and pears in the centre, wet the edges and flip one half of the dough over to form a semi circle, seal the edges and brush with egg.
- Leave to prove until double in size.
- Bake at 190°C/fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5 for 30 minutes.
