Pear and Cheese Calzone

This Pear and Cheese Calzone is a delicious combination of flavours.

400 grams	Strong White Bread Flour (Allinson)
100 grams	Butter Melted
1 tsp	Sea Salt
2	Free Range Eggs (Happy Eggs)
25 grams	Sugar
225 ml	JUST MILK lukewarm
2	Pears Peeled And Cut Into Small Cubes
150 grams	Stilton Cheese (cut Into small cubes)
1 sachet	Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson)
	Free Range Eggs (Happy Eggs) For Brushing

Place all the ingredients into a mixer with a dough hook attached.
Mix to soft dough and knead for 5 minutes.
If mixing by hand, put the dry ingredients into a bowl and sprinkle on the yeast. Mix to a soft dough, turn onto a floured board and knead for 10 minutes.
Roll the dough out to a large circle.
Place the cheese and pears in the centre, wet the edges and flip one half of the dough over to form a semi circle, seal the edges and brush with egg.
Leave to prove until double in size.
Bake at 190°C/fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5 for 30 minutes.
