This pizza will warm you up on a cold winter night with a  Tabasco® spiked mayonnaise covered base and a yummy cranberry sauce drizzle.

White Hot Winter Pizza Ingredients

350 grams Strong White Bread Flour (Allinson) Strong White Bread Flour (Allinson)
1 tbsp Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson) Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson)
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Granulated Sugar (Silver Spoon Homegrown) Granulated Sugar (Silver Spoon Homegrown)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
200 ml Water (warm)
150 grams Mozzarella Cheese (grated)

Additional Ingredients

Topping

150 grams Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Red Pepper Sauce (Tabasco)
60 grams Turkey (shredded)
40 grams Red Pepper (diced)
40 grams Green Peppers (diced)
5 tsp Cranberry Sauce (for drizzling)

How to make White Hot Winter Pizza

  1. Put the flour, yeast and salt in a large bowl and mix together. Make a well in the centre of the mix.
  2. Stir the sugar into the warm water, then add to the well in the centre of the dry mix.
  3. Work from the outer edge and mix all the dry ingredients into the water. When the mix has come together, turn out on to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes. At this stage the dough should be soft and spring back when lightly touched.
  4. Flour the dough and cover with cling and leave to rest for about 15 minutes.
  5. If not baking immediately, leave the dough wrapped in lightly oiled cling film and place in fridge until you are ready to shape and bake.
  6. Roll out or spread dough with your hands until 1-2cm thick. Place on baking sheet. Prick the base roughly with a fork to stop any air bubbles from forming when cooked.
  7. To start the topping, mix Tabasco with the mayonnaise and top pizza base.
  8. Add cheese then top with remainder of ingredients. Finish with cranberry sauce drizzle.
  9. Bake in 200°C oven (fan 180°C, gas mark 6) for 10-15 minutes, until dough is cooked and golden brown.
