Billington's Light Muscovado has a warm honey colour and creamy fudge flavour! Perfect combination with bananas. Quick to make for mid week pudding!

Ingredients
| 4 | Bananas | |
| 175 grams | Billington's Light Muscovado sugar | ![]() |
| ½ tsp | Ground Cinnamon | |
| pinch | Nutmeg | |
| 175 grams | Butter | |
| 175 grams | Allinson Nature Friendly Self Raising Flour | ![]() |
| 110 grams | Rolled Oats | |
| 50 grams | Walnuts Chopped |
Method

- Peel the bananas and slice them thickly.
- Mix them with half the sugar and all the spices.
- Spoon into a buttered ovenproof baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl rub the butter into the flour.
- Stir in the rest of the sugar, oats and walnuts.
- Sprinkle evenly over the bananas.
- Bake for about 30 minutes 190°C/fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5 until the top is crisp and golden.
