Fragrant Rice Dessert Ingredients
| 75 grams | pudding rice | |
| 300 ml | single cream | |
| 600 ml | JUST MILK whole | ![]() |
| 75 grams | Golden Caster Sugar (Billington's) | ![]() |
| 4 | Cardamom Pods crushed seeds from pods | |
| 4 tsp | rosewater | |
| Cinnamon ground, to decorate | ||
| Pistachios crushed, to decorate |

How to make Fragrant Rice Dessert

- Place the rice and cream with almost all the milk in a pan over a low heat and simmer, uncovered for 30-40 minutes, stirring from time to time, to prevent the rice from sticking to the pan, until the rice is tender and the milk is almost absorbed. Add more milk if necessary.
- Stir in the sugar, cardamon and rosewater and continue cooking until thick and creamy. Pour into serving dishes and leave to cool and set.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon or pistachios just before serving.
