Last Minute Christmas Pudding Ingredients
| 300 grams | Mincemeat good quality | |
| 140 grams | Marmalade fine shred, orange | |
| 200 grams | Molasses Sugar (Billington's) | ![]() |
| 4 tbsp | Black Treacle (Silver Spoon) | ![]() |
| 3 | Happy Eggs beaten | ![]() |
| 4 tbsp | Whisky | |
| 100 grams | Butter frozen, then grated | |

How to make Last Minute Christmas Pudding

- Butter and line the base of a 1.5 Lt pudding basin, which is suitable for use in a microwave, with greaseproof paper. In a large bowl, stir the ingredients together, adding them one at a time in the order listed above. Stir to combine evenly.
- TIp in to the prepared pudding basin and cover with a disk of greaseproof paper. Place the pudding on a plate and microwave on Medium for 20 - 25 minutes until cooked and a skewer inserted comes out clean. the leave to stand for 5 minutes, then turn out and enjoy served with brandy butter.
