| 900 ml | Double Cream | |
| 250 grams | Golden Caster Sugar (Billington's) | ![]() |

How to make Little Lemon Pots

- Put the ingredients into a pan and heat gently, stirring occasionally. Bring to the boil and gently for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and leave to stand for 15 minutes. Strain through a sieve into a jug.
- Pour the mixture into remekin dishes or small coffee cups and chill overnight before serving.
