Orange Rice Pudding Ingredients

60 grams Flaked rice
600 ml JUST MILK skimmed JUST MILK
2 tsp Half Spoon Granulated Sugar (Silver Spoon) Half Spoon Granulated Sugar (Silver Spoon)
1 Orange zest and juice

Additional Ingredients

2 Orange segmented to garnish
1 tbsp Icing Sugar (Silver Spoon Homegrown) to garnish Icing Sugar (Silver Spoon Homegrown)

How to make Orange Rice Pudding

  1. Place the flaked rice, milk, Silver Spoon Half Spoon and orange zest and juice in a saucepan. method tip
  2. Bring to the boil then reduce the heat to a gentle simmer for 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Alternatively, place all the ingredients into a large bowl, cover and microwave on full power for 10 minutes. Stir well and return for a further 10 minutes.
  4. Adjust the consistency with a little milk.
  5. Before serving dip the orange segments in the Half Spoon and glaze under a hot grill until golden. method tip
  6. Arrange the segments over the dessert and serve.
