Rice Pudding Ingredients

1 l JUST MILK Semi-skimmed JUST MILK
200 grams Rice Pudding
80 grams Golden Caster Sugar (Billington's) Golden Caster Sugar (Billington's)
50 grams Butter
1 pinch Nutmeg Ground
1 pinch Salt

How to make Rice Pudding

  1. Preheat the oven to 110°C. method tip
  2. Boil the rice in a pan of salted water for two minutes, then drain well.
  3. Heat the milk in a large pan until almost boiling, then add the drained rice, sugar, salt and nutmeg.
  4. Cover, transfer to the oven and cook on a very low heat for 30 - 40 minutes.
  5. Once the pudding has cooked, remove from the oven, add the butter and mix well. method tip
  6. Serve with your own favourite accompaniment. We recommend dried apricots, a little honey or a spoonful of fruit compote!
