Barbeque Sauce Ingredients

1 tbsp oil
1 Shallots peeled and finely chopped
1 tbsp Half Spoon Granulated Sugar (Silver Spoon) Half Spoon Granulated Sugar (Silver Spoon)
1 tbsp Wholegrain Mustard
3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
1.25 ml Smoked Paprika Powder
1 tsp Cloves Garlic crushed

How to make Barbeque Sauce

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and cook the shallots for 5 minutes or until softened.
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients, and cook for a few more minutes to warm through and soften the crushed garlic.
  3. Use the sauce to baste sausages during the final minutes of cooking on the barbecue, or serve with barbecued fish or meats.
