Citrus Glazed Salmon Ingredients

4 Salmon Fillet 175g - 225g each
100 ml Orange GLAZE, fresh juice
100 ml lime GLAZE, fresh juice
2 tbsp white wine vinegar GLAZE
2 tbsp Light Muscovado Sugar (Billington's) GLAZE Light Muscovado Sugar (Billington's)
0.50 tsp Salt
0.50 tsp ground white pepper
Olive Oil a little

How to make Citrus Glazed Salmon

  1. Place the ingredients for the glaze in a small pan and heat gently until the sugar has dissolved completly. Bring to the boil and simmer gently until reduced by half (10-15minutes).
  2. Season the salmon fillets with teh salt and peper and drizzle lightly with olive oil. Grill for 5 minutes on each side until cooked through, dpending on the thickmess of the fillets. Place on a heated serving plates and spoon some of the glaze over each fillet.
  3. Serve with buttered new potatoes, sugar snap peas and asparagus
