Feta and Tomato Loaf Ingredients

3 Free Range Eggs (Happy Eggs) Free Range Eggs (Happy Eggs)
160 grams Plain White Flour (Allinson Nature Friendly) Plain White Flour (Allinson Nature Friendly)
1 tsp Baking Powder
150 ml JUST MILK JUST MILK
50 ml Olive Oil
100 grams Cheddar Cheese Mature
200 grams Feta Cheese
100 grams Sundried Tomatoes Chopped
Basil Small bunch, chopped
1 pinch Salt To season
1 pinch pepper To season

How to make Feta and Tomato Loaf

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the eggs and flour.
  3. Add the baking powder, JUST MILK, oil, cheeses and sundried tomatoes and mix well until you have a doughy mixture. method tip
  4. Season the dough with salt and pepper and add the basil before continuing to mix.
  5. Grease a loaf tin with a little butter and pour in the mixture.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes on a medium shelf. method tip
  7. Once cooked, remove from the oven and leave to cool before serving.
