Goats Cheese Salad Ingredients

Salad Leaves
8 Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, peeled
100 grams French Chevre Goats Cheese
110 grams Raspberries
1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
1 Half Spoon Granulated Sugar (Silver Spoon) Half Spoon Granulated Sugar (Silver Spoon)
Basil Leaves
Ground Black Pepper

How to make Goats Cheese Salad

  1. Preheat grill to high.
  2. Wash and spin the salad leaves and arrange on 4 serving plates.
  3. Dice the cucumber and add to the plate along with the cherry tomatoes.
  4. In a small bowl mix together the raspberries, wine vinegar and sugar. Spoon on to the salad.
  5. Cut the cheese into 4 equal pieces and place on a non stick baking tray. Sprinkle lightly with Silver Spoon Half Spoon and place under a preheated grill until the surface starts to caramelise.
  6. Carefully using a thin palette knife sit the goats cheese in the centre of each plate.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve.
