Saute Prawns and Chilli Dip Ingredients

16 Jumbo Prawns
2 Cloves Garlic crushed

Additional Ingredients

1 Orange Zest and Juice
1 Red Chilli finely chopped
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp Chopped Chives
150 ml Tomato Passata
2 tsp Half Spoon Granulated Sugar (Silver Spoon) Half Spoon Granulated Sugar (Silver Spoon)

How to make Saute Prawns and Chilli Dip

  1. Peel the prawns by removing the outer shell down to the tail leaving the tail intact. Rinse well and set aside.
  2. Place the dipping sauce ingredients together in a small saucepan and heat until boiling.
  3. Remove from the heat and pour into a serving bowl.
  4. Preheat a non-stick pan lightly spraying with olive oil spray.
  5. Add the prawns and garlic and cook gently for 3-4 minutes turning the prawns regularly until cooked.
  6. Serve the prawns on a platter with the dipping sauce or as a starter garnished with salad leaves.
