Choc Chip and Walnut Bread Ingredients
| 450 grams | Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium White) | ![]() |
| 1.25 tsp | Billington's Granulated Sugar | |
| 1 tsp | Salt | |
| 75 grams | Dark Chocolate Chips (Silver Spoon Create) | ![]() |
| 55 grams | Roughly Chopped Walnuts | |
| 1 sachet | Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson) 1 x 7g sachet | ![]() |
| 1 | Happy Eggs Beaten | ![]() |
| 3 tbsp | Melted Butter | |
| 200 ml | JUST MILK | ![]() |

How to make Choc Chip and Walnut Bread

- Put the flour, sugar, salt, chocolate chips, walnuts and yeast into a bowl.
- Mix to a soft dough with the egg, butter and milk.
- Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes.
- Shape as desired and put into an appropriate greased tin.
- Leave to prove until double in size. Preheated the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C/Gas Mark 7
- Add your chosen topping/glaze if using and place in an oven and immediately turn the heat down to 200°C/fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
