Cinnamon and Sultana Pinwheels Ingredients
| 225 ml | Water Warm | |
| 250 grams | Strong White Bread Flour (Allinson) | ![]() |
| 100 grams | Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium Wholemeal) | ![]() |
| 100 grams | Country Grain Bread Flour (Allinson) | ![]() |
| 1 tsp | Sea Salt | |
| 50 grams | Honey | |
| 25 grams | Butter | |
| 1 sachet | Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson) 1 x 7g sachet | ![]() |
| 50 grams | Golden Icing Sugar (Billington's) To Fill & Glaze | ![]() |
| 100 grams | Sultanas To Fill & Glaze | |
| 2 tbsp | Cinnamon ground | |
| 2 tbsp | Apricot Glaze |

How to make Cinnamon and Sultana Pinwheels

- Put the ingredients into the bread maker baking pan in the order specified for your particular model (see manufacturer’s handbook).
- Set to the dough program.
- Roll the dough into a large rectangle.
- Sprinkle over the sultanas, cinnamon and icing sugar.
- Roll up the dough like a Swiss roll.
- Cut into 12 slices (pinwheels).
- Place onto a greased baking sheet and leave to prove until double in size. Preheat the oven to 190°C/fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5
- Bake for 20 minutes. Serve brushed with apricot glaze.
