Ingredients

225 ml Water
250 grams Allinson Strong White Bread Flour
100 grams Allinson Premium Wholemeal Very Strong Bread Flour
100 grams Allinson Country Grain Bread Flour
1 tsp Sea Salt
50 grams Honey
25 grams Butter
1 sachet Allinsons Easy Bake Yeast 1 x 7g sachet
50 grams Golden Icing Sugar To Fill & Glaze
100 grams Sultanas To Fill & Glaze
2 tbsp Ground Cinnamon To Fill & Glaze
2 tbsp Apricot Glaze To Fill & Glaze

Method

  1. Put the ingredients into the bread maker baking pan in the order specified for your particular model (see manufacturer’s handbook).
  2. Set to the dough program.
  3. Roll the dough into a large rectangle.
  4. Sprinkle over the sultanas, cinnamon and icing sugar.
  5. Roll up the dough like a Swiss roll.
  6. Cut into 12 slices (pinwheels).
  7. Place onto a greased baking sheet and leave to prove until double in size. Preheat the oven to 190°C/fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5
  8. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve brushed with apricot glaze.
