Prune & Pecan Bread Ingredients
| 300 grams | Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium White) | ![]() |
| 150 grams | Allinson Country Grain Strong Brown Flour | |
| 75 grams | Chopped Prunes | |
| 50 grams | Chopped Pecan Nuts | |
| 1.50 tsp | Salt | |
| 1 sachet | Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson) 1 x 7g sachet | ![]() |
| 1 tbsp | Runny Honey | |
| 2 tbsp | Sunflower Oil | |
| 315 ml | Water |

How to make Prune & Pecan Bread

- Put the flour, prunes, pecan nuts, salt and yeast into a bowl and mix to a soft dough with the honey, oil and water.
- Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes.
- Shape as desired and put into an appropriate greased tin.
- Leave to prove until double in size.
Preheated the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C/Gas Mark 7
- Place in an oven and immediately turn the oven down to 200°C/fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
