Use your bread maker to create these sweet and lightly spiced rolls

Ingredients
| 250 ml | Water | |
| 300 grams | Allinson Premium White Very Strong Bread Flour | ![]() |
| 100 grams | Rye Flour | |
| 1 tbsp | Mixed Spice | |
| 1 ¼ tsp | Sea Salt | |
| 1 tbsp | Honey | |
| 100 grams | Almonds Chopped | |
| 125 grams | Sultanas | |
| 1 tbsp | Allinsons Easy Bake Yeast 1 x 7g sachet | ![]() |
Method

- Put the ingredients (except the almonds and sultanas) into the bread maker baking pan in the order specified for your particular model (see manufacturer’s handbook).
- Set to the basic white program.
- Add the almonds and sultanas at the time for added ingredients as directed by the manufacturer of your machine.
- Remove the dough from machine and knead until smooth.
- Shape the dough into 7 balls.
- Place into a greased round tin (23cm/9”), leave to prove until double in size - the balls should be touching. Preheat the oven to 190°C/fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Glaze, cool and serve.
