Ingredients
| 450 grams | Allinson Premium White Very Strong Bread Flour | ![]() |
| 1 tsp | Sugar | |
| 1 tsp | Salt | |
| 100 grams | Margarine | |
| 150 ml | Milk Warmed | |
| 150 ml | Water Warmed | |
| 1 sachet | Allinsons Easy Bake Yeast 1 x 7g sachet | ![]() |
| 100 grams | Sultanas | |
| 75 grams | Chopped Mixed Peel | |
| Egg Glaze |
Method

- Place all the ingredients into a mixer with a dough hook.
- Mix into a soft dough, knead for 5 minutes.
- If mixing by hand knead for a further 5 minutes.
- Divide into 6 portions – roll into finger shapes and place onto a greased baking tin.
- Leave to prove until double in size. Preheat the oven to 190°C/fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5
- Bake for 20 minutes.
