Cream Cheese Bread with Apricots and Almonds Ingredients
| 225 ml | JUST MILK | ![]() |
| 2 tbsp | Sunflower Oil | |
| 125 grams | Cream cheese | |
| 2 tbsp | Honey | |
| 1.25 tsp | Salt | |
| 50 grams | Almonds chopped | |
| 100 grams | Apricots ready to eat, chopped | |
| 450 grams | Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium White) | ![]() |
| 1 sachet | Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson) 1 x 7g sachet | ![]() |

How to make Cream Cheese Bread with Apricots and Almonds

- Put all the ingredients into a mixer with a dough hook attached.
- Knead in the machine for 5 minutes.
- If mixing by hand, put the flours, salt, apricots, nuts and yeast into a bowl.
- Mix to a soft dough with the oil, honey and cream cheese and milk.
- Turn onto a floured board and knead for 10 minutes.
- Shape into a small round loaf and place onto a greased baking tray.
- Leave to prove until double in size. Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
