"Yummy, I have fancied making crumpets for quite some time but always thought they would be really difficult. how wrong was I. This recipe is absolutely fab. beautiful crumpets, so easy to make and far superior to anything shop bought.Making another batch tomorrow as I have guests for afternoon tea. Would recommend them to be made by even a beginner cooking. "
