Ingredients

250 grams Allinson Seed & Grain Bread Flour
200 grams Allinson Oatmill Bread Flour
1 ½ tsp Salt
100 grams Golden Linseed
1 ½ tsp Allinsons Easy Bake Yeast
2 tbsp Sunflower Oil
2 tbsp Runny Honey
145 ml Water
170 ml Buttermilk

Method

  1. Put the flour, linseed, salt and yeast into a bowl.
  2. Mix to a soft dough with the oil, honey, water and buttermilk.
  3. Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes.
  4. Shape as desired and put into an appropriate greased tin.
  5. Leave to prove until double in size. Preheated the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C/Gas Mark 7
  6. Bake in an oven and immediately turn the heat down to 200°C/fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes. method tip
