Linseed & Buttermilk Bread Ingredients
| 450 grams | Seed & Grain Bread Flour (Allinson) | ![]() |
| 1.50 tsp | Salt | |
| 100 grams | Golden Linseed | |
| 1.50 tsp | Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson) | ![]() |
| 2 tbsp | Sunflower Oil | |
| 2 tbsp | Runny Honey | |
| 145 ml | Water warm | |
| 170 ml | Buttermilk |

How to make Linseed & Buttermilk Bread

- Put the flour, linseed, salt and yeast into a bowl.
- Mix to a soft dough with the oil, honey, water and buttermilk.
- Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes.
- Shape as desired and put into an appropriate greased tin.
- Leave to prove until double in size. Preheated the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C/Gas Mark 7
- Bake in an oven and immediately turn the heat down to 200°C/fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
