Ingredients
| 450 grams | Allinson Premium White Bread Flour | |
| 2 tsp | Billington's Granulated Sugar | |
| 1 ½ tsp | Salt | |
| 60 grams | Green Or Black Olives, Roughly Chopped | |
| 1 ¼ tsp | Allinsons Easy Bake Yeast | ![]() |
| 2 tbsp | Olive Oil | |
| 275 ml | Water Warm |
Method

- Put the flour, sugar, salt, olives and yeast into a bowl.
- Mix to a soft dough with the oil and water.
- Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes.
- For a flat bread, press the dough out into a flat round and dimple the surface with your fingertips.
- For a regular loaf put into an appropriate greased tin.
- Leave the dough to prove until double in size. Preheated the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C/Gas Mark 7
- Add your chosen topping/glaze if using and place in an oven and immediately turn the heat down to 200°C/fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes for flat bread and 30-35 minutes for a loaf.
