Ingredients

350 grams Allinson Seed & Grain Bread Flour
150 grams Allinson Strong White Bread Flour
25 grams Dried Onion Flakes
2 tbsp Sugar
1 ½ tsp Salt
1 sachet Allinsons Easy Bake Yeast 1 x 7g sachet
1 ½ tbsp Ranch Salad Dressing
1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
225 ml Water warm

Method

  1. Put the flours, onions, sugar, salt and yeast into a bowl.
  2. Mix to a soft dough with the dressing, oil and water.
  3. Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes.
  4. Shape as desired and put into an appropriate greased tin.
  5. Leave to prove until double in size. Preheated the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C/Gas Mark 7
  6. Bake in an oven and immediately turn the heat down to 200°C/fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
