Ranch and Onion Bread Ingredients

350 grams Seed & Grain Bread Flour (Allinson) Seed & Grain Bread Flour (Allinson)
150 grams Strong White Bread Flour (Allinson) Strong White Bread Flour (Allinson)
25 grams Dried Onion Flakes
2 tbsp Sugar
1.50 tsp Salt
1 sachet Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson) 1 x 7g sachet Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson)
1.50 tbsp Ranch Salad Dressing
1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
225 ml Warm Water warm

How to make Ranch and Onion Bread

  1. Put the flours, onions, sugar, salt and yeast into a bowl.
  2. Mix to a soft dough with the dressing, oil and water.
  3. Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes. method tip
  4. Shape as desired and put into an appropriate greased tin. method tip
  5. Leave to prove until double in size. Preheated the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C/Gas Mark 7
  6. Bake in an oven and immediately turn the heat down to 200°C/fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
