Ranch and Onion Bread Ingredients
| 350 grams | Seed & Grain Bread Flour (Allinson) | ![]() |
| 150 grams | Strong White Bread Flour (Allinson) | ![]() |
| 25 grams | Dried Onion Flakes | |
| 2 tbsp | Sugar | |
| 1.50 tsp | Salt | |
| 1 sachet | Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson) 1 x 7g sachet | ![]() |
| 1.50 tbsp | Ranch Salad Dressing | |
| 1 tbsp | Sunflower Oil | |
| 225 ml | Warm Water warm |

How to make Ranch and Onion Bread

- Put the flours, onions, sugar, salt and yeast into a bowl.
- Mix to a soft dough with the dressing, oil and water.
- Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes.
- Shape as desired and put into an appropriate greased tin.
- Leave to prove until double in size. Preheated the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C/Gas Mark 7
- Bake in an oven and immediately turn the heat down to 200°C/fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
