Ingredients

650 grams Allinson Premium White Very Strong Bread Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 sachet Allinsons Easy Bake Yeast
100 grams Salami Sliced
15 grams Hard White Vegetable Fat
400 ml Water Warm
1 Yellow Pepper Diced
2 Green Peppers Diced
1 Red Pepper Diced

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a mixer with a dough hook attached.
  2. Mix to a soft dough, knead for 5 minutes.
  3. If mixing by hand knead for a further 5 minutes.
  4. Place into a greased loaf tin, prove until double in size. Preheat the oven to 190°C/fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5
  5. Bake for 35 minutes.
