Salami and 3 Pepper Loaf Ingredients
| 650 grams | Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium White) | ![]() |
| 1 tsp | Salt | |
| 1 tsp | Sugar | |
| 1 sachet | Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson) | ![]() |
| 100 grams | Salami Sliced | |
| 15 grams | Hard White Vegetable Fat | |
| 400 ml | Warm Water Warm | |
| 1 | Yellow Pepper Diced | |
| 2 | Green Peppers Diced | |
| 1 | Red Pepper Diced |

How to make Salami and 3 Pepper Loaf

- Place all the ingredients into a mixer with a dough hook attached.
- Mix to a soft dough, knead for 5 minutes.
- If mixing by hand knead for a further 5 minutes.
- Shape into a ball. Place onto a greased baking tray, cover and prove until double in size. Preheat over to 190°C/fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
