Ingredients
| 650 grams | Allinson Strong White Bread Flour | ![]() |
| 1 tsp | Salt | |
| 1 tsp | Sugar | |
| 15 grams | Hard White Vegetable Fat | |
| 1 sachet | Allinsons Easy Bake Yeast 1 x 7g sachet | ![]() |
| 400 ml | Water warm | |
| 15 ml | Pesto | |
| 50 grams | Mozzarella Cheese grated |
Method

- Place the flour, salt, sugar, lard, yeast and water into a mixer with a dough hook.
- Mix into a soft dough, knead for 5 minutes.
- If mixing by hand knead for a further 5 minutes.
- Roll out to a 30x23 cm (12x9 in) rectangle, spread over the Pesto and sprinkle on the cheese, roll up and seal.
- Cut into 12 equal slices, place onto a greased baking tray, and prove until double in size. reheat the ovent to 190°C/fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5
- Bake for 25 minutes.
