| 325 ml | Water | |
| 4 tbsp | Sundried Tomato Paste | |
| 200 grams | Packet mozzarella Sliced | |
| 2 | Large tomatoes Sliced | |
| 12 | Fresh basil leaves |

"This makes for the perfect lunchtime or supper treat. I followed the instructions and it was beautiful. However if you follow the directions and put the tomato, mozzarella etc on each half of the loaf, a dash of olive oil and then grill under a hot grill until the cheese starts to bubble, it transforms itself into something even more sublime. Definately reccommended"
