Goats Cheese Bread Square Ingredients
| 200 grams | Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium White) | ![]() |
| 200 grams | Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium Wholemeal) | ![]() |
| 100 grams | Rye Flour | |
| 1 tsp | Sugar | |
| 1 tsp | Salt | |
| 3 tbsp | Honey | |
| 200 grams | Goats Cheese Crumbled | |
| 1 sachet | Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson) 1 x 7g sachet | ![]() |
| 1 | Happy Eggs Beaten | ![]() |
| 300 ml | Water Warm |

How to make Goats Cheese Bread Square

- Place all of the ingredients into a mixer with a dough hook attached.
- Mix to a soft dough and knead for 5 minutes. If mixing by hand, put the flours, sugar, salt, honey and cheese into a bowl and sprinkle on the yeast.
- Mix to a soft dough with the egg and water. Knead on a floured board for 10 minutes.
- Place into a greased square tin (20 x 20cm/8 x 8”). Leave to prove until double in size. Preheat the oven to 190°C/fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Dust with Rye Flour to serve.
