Goats Cheese Bread Square Ingredients

200 grams Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium White) Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium White)
200 grams Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium Wholemeal) Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium Wholemeal)
100 grams Rye Flour
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Honey
200 grams Goats Cheese Crumbled
1 sachet Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson) 1 x 7g sachet Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson)
1 Happy Eggs Beaten Happy Eggs
300 ml Water Warm

How to make Goats Cheese Bread Square

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a mixer with a dough hook attached.
  2. Mix to a soft dough and knead for 5 minutes. If mixing by hand, put the flours, sugar, salt, honey and cheese into a bowl and sprinkle on the yeast.
  3. Mix to a soft dough with the egg and water. Knead on a floured board for 10 minutes. method tip
  4. Place into a greased square tin (20 x 20cm/8 x 8”). Leave to prove until double in size. Preheat the oven to 190°C/fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5
  5. Bake for 30 minutes. method tip
  6. Dust with Rye Flour to serve.
