This versatile flat bread is delicious served warm with the butter melting, or cold and serve with dips.

Garlic Pittas Ingredients
| 300 grams | Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium White) | ![]() |
| 1 tsp | Salt | |
| 1 tsp | Golden Caster Sugar (Billington's) | ![]() |
| 7 grams | Hard White Vegetable Fat | |
| 1.50 tsp | Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson) | ![]() |
| 200 ml | Warm Water Warm | |
| 50 grams | Butter | |
| 2 | Cloves Garlic crushed, Melted Together | |
| 25 grams | Fresh Parsley, Chopped |

How to make Garlic Pittas

- Place the flour, salt, sugar, fat, yeast and water in a mixer with dough hook.
- Mix to a smooth dough then knead for 5 minutes.
- If mixing by hand knead for a further 5 minutes.
- Shape into pitta shapes, scoring the tops.
- Place onto greased baking sheets, cover and leave to prove until double in size. Preheat the oven to 180°C/fan 160°C/gas mark 4
- Brush with garlic and herb butter, bake for 10 minutes.
- Rebrush once baked.
