Olive Focaccia

Olive Focaccia Ingredients
| 650 grams | Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium Wholemeal) | ![]() |
| 10 ml | Salt | |
| 5 ml | Sugar | |
| 15 grams | Hard White Vegetable Fat | |
| 1 sachet | Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson) | ![]() |
| 400 ml | Water warm | |
| 125 grams | Mixed pitted olives | |
| Sea Salt for sprinkling | ||
| Olive oil to drizzle |

How to make Olive Focaccia

- Place the ingredients (except sea salt) in a mixer with a dough hook attached.
- Mix to a smooth dough, knead for 5 minutes. If mixing by hand knead for a further 5 minutes.
- Roll out to a circle 30cm (12in).
- Place onto a greased pizza tin. Sprinkle on sea salt.
- Prove until double in size. Preheat the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C/gas mark 7
- Bake for 30 minutes. To serve: Sprinkle with chopped olives and sea salt. Drizzle in olive oil.
