"i made these by using dough setting on my bread machine then following instructions. They came out wonderfully light and fluffy - please can you give us extra recipes for different flavours?"

Bakingmad: "Hi, Why not try adding 1 tsp each of ground coriander, ground cumin and hot chilli at stage 2 for a hot and spicy naan bread. Or sprinkle the naan bread with 1 tsp of black onion seeds and chopped fresh coriander just before you pop it in the oven. Baking Mad Kitchen"

"I have just tried this recipe but the naan bread was very hard instead of being light and fluffy. What am I doing wrong?"

Bakingmad: "Hi, There are a few ideas for you to try next time: 1) Keep your dough covered with a damp tea towel or lightly oiled cling while the dough is proving 2) sprinkle a little water on the dough just as you put the naan bread in the oven. This will help create a little steam. 3) cover the naan bread to keep warm for serving. This will slow down the cooling and keep the naan bread softer Hope you find this of help! Baking Mad Kitchen"
