Ingredients

  • 100g 3½ oz Butter (unsalted) plus extra for greasing
  • 200g 7⅛ oz Milk chocolate broken into pieces
  • 200g 7⅛ oz Chocolate chip cookies lightly crushed
  • 100g 3½ oz Mini marshmallows coloured
  • 100g 3½ oz Glacé cherries
  • 100g 3½ oz Sultanas

For the decoration

  • 50g 1⅞ oz Mini marshmallows
  • 35g 1¼ oz White chocolate melted
  • 50g 1⅞ oz Glacé cherries
  • 50g 1⅞ oz Milk chocolate chips

The Method Enter Bake mode

  1. Classic mode Step 1

    Grease an 18cm (7in) square baking tin with extra butter, and line, base and sides with baking paper.

  2. Classic mode Step 2

    Melt the chocolate in a heat proof bowl over a pan of simmering water. Melt the butter and mix into the melted chocolate, and leave to cool for 10 minutes.

    • 200g 7⅛ oz Milk chocolate broken into pieces
    • 100g 3½ oz Butter (unsalted) plus extra for greasing
  3. Classic mode Step 3

    Stir the crushed cookies, mini marshmallows, cherries and sultanas into the cooled chocolate mix. Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin, press down and allow to cool, then chill for at least 2 hours until fully set.

    • 200g 7⅛ oz Chocolate chip cookies lightly crushed
    • 100g 3½ oz Mini marshmallows
    • 100g 3½ oz Glacé cherries
    • 100g 3½ oz Sultanas
  4. Classic mode Step 4

    Once set, cover the top with a mixture of marshmallows, cherries and chocolate chips, and drizzle with melted white chocolate. When set once more, slice into 16 squares.
