How do I know my bread is cooked?

Cook your bread according to the recipe instructions. When cooked turn it out of the tin and tap the base with your fingers, it should sound hollow, but if it sounds dull, return the bread to the oven for a little longer, placing it on a baking tray rather than in the tin.
