How to colour Ready To Roll icing

Knead the icing until smooth then add a drop of food colouring at a time and knead into the icing until smooth. Silverspoon Cakecraft colourings will give delicate pastel shades when added to ready to roll icing, Do not add too much or you will soften the icing and make it sticky. If you need a deeper colour it is best to use professional paste colourings from cake decorating stores, add a tiny bit at a time adding it with a cocktail stick and knead until smooth.
