It is strongly advised that you do not increase the quantities in the certo recipe.  Fruit, sugar, certo and cooking times are carefully worked for successful results. Doubling for a larger batch frequently upsets the balance, since the rate of evaporation during cooking time may very considerably to make larger quantities , make serveral batches according to the Certo recipe
