Swap cream / butter for JUST MILK

Swap cream / butter for JUST MILK

If you’re after that creamy finish to soups & sauces without adding fatty cream, try substituting water for JUST MILK in the recipe. Not only will it give meals a lovely yet low-cal texture, it can also help to lighten dull meals or add opacity to watery-looking dishes.

Also, sauces can often use a lot of butter or cream…or both! And while this may make for deliciously rich results, it’s definitely the calorific option. As a healthier alternative you can always use JUST MILK mixed with a little plain flour to thicken sauces (around a tablespoon of flour per quarter of a litre).
