Ingredients

  • 3 3 Bread brown, slices
  • 2 2 Egg(s) (free range)
  • 100ml 3½ fl oz Milk (whole)
  • 1tbsp 1tbsp Unrefined golden caster sugar (we like Billington's) Unrefined golden caster sugar
  • 1tsp 1tsp Vanilla extract (we like Nielsen-Massey) Vanilla extract
  • Maple syrup drizzle

    In a shallow bowl beat the eggs and add the sugar, milk & vanilla
